The Harley Gallery and Foundation
Louise works from a studio situated within the grounds of Welbeck Estate, North Nottinghamshire that is part of the Harley Foundation. Founded in 1977 by the late Ivy Duchess of Portland it funds the Harley Gallery and offers subsidised studios to artists, makers and restorers of art and craft.
Directions to Harley Education and Artists Studios
The Harley Gallery and Studios are situated on the Welbeck Estate with its entrance located on the A60 between Worksop and Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. The M1, junction 30, is approximately twenty minutes drive and the nearest train station is Worksop, approx 4 miles.
Directions to the Studio from the A60
Turn from the A60 and take the left hand fork, do not go into the car park. Follow the road down over two speed humps, past the tress, turn right and then immediately right again throught the stone pillars marked with a red "H". The studio is at the botom of the road, between the two walls marked by a large set of brown gates . Parkng is in the unmarked areas and behind the West Workshops (low brown building) Disabled parking is available directly by the studio, please call for details.
